Nexxus Capital Announces Investment in Moda Holding

(Nexxus Capital) August 31, 2011 – Nexxus Capital IV (“Nexxus IV”) and Nexxus Capital Private Equity Fund V, L.P. (“Nexxus V”), funds managed by Nexxus Capital, announce that they have made an investment in Moda Holding , S.A.P.I de C.V. for a 49.79% ownership. Moda Holding is the owner of the companies that operate 77 shoe stores in the main shopping malls in Mexico under the brands Dorothy Gaynor, No Pienses Igual (NPI) and Varanni.
Moda Holding’s management team will be headed by a professional team with vast knowledge in the retail and fashion industry.
This is the first investment in Moda Holding. The management will continue analyzing other apparel and fashion concepts that can be added to the platform.
