Mesoamerica Invests in Chilean Restaurant Businesses (en español)

(El Financiero) Costa Rican private equity firm Mesoamerica has acquired a majority stake in Chilean restaurant chains Pedro Juan & Diego Chicken Stop, Fuentes Nicanor and XS Market, which are managed by Unifood.
La firma latinoamericana administradora de fondos de capital privado, Mesoamerica, y uno de los grupos líderes en el sector de restaurantes en Chile, Unifood, se aliaron con el fin de transformar el negocio en territorio sudamericano.
Según un comunicado de prensa, Mesoamerica adquirió una participación mayoritaria en las cadenas Pedro Juan & Diego, Pollo Stop, Fuentes Nicanor y XS Market. El acuerdo abarca más de 120 locales en operación.
