Linzor Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Colombian Healthcare Services Company Sies Salud

Linzor Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Sies Salud, a Colombia-based healthcare services company specializing in HIV treatments.
(Press Release) Linzor Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in Sies Salud, partnering with the Company’s founder and CEO. The transaction was completed on December 29, 2020. Sies Salud is a leader in the Colombian chronic and primary healthcare sectors, specializing in HIV among other conditions, which the company treats via ambulatory clinics, homecare, and telemedicine. Sies Salud provides high quality treatments at affordable prices to 25 insurance clients and more than 45,000 total patients through 18 clinics located around the country.
Linzor’s entry will mark a new stage for Sies Salud, investing in growing its existing services and adding new ones, expanding its delivery channels via technology and remote capabilities, opening new locations around Colombia, and bringing new talent to build on the company’s operational excellence. This will further propel the company’s growth and increase its ESG standards, which will benefit Sies Salud’s expanding patient population and Colombia’s healthcare system.
Sies Salud is the fourth investment by Linzor Capital Partners in the Latin American healthcare sector, preceded by Cruz Blanca Salud (Chile), Farmashop (Uruguay), and Uno Salud (Chile).
