General Atlantic Makes Follow on Investment in Brazilian Education Company SAS (em português)

Growth equity investor General Atlantic has increased its stake from 20% to 26% in Brazilian learning systems provider SAS.
(Valor Econômico) A gestora de fundos de private equity General Atlantic (GA) aumentou sua participação de 20% para 26% no SAS, empresa de sistemas de ensino de Fortaleza (CE). Segundo fontes, a General Atlantic desembolsou R$ 90 milhões pela fatia de 6%, o que dá ao SAS um valor de mercado de R$ 1,5 bilhão.
