Evolvere Rebrands to Miranda Capital Partners

Venezuelan Private Equity firm Evolvere Capital rebrands to Miranda Capital Partners in anticipation of expanding their investment activities.
(Press Release) Evolvere Capital Venezuela, the first Venezuelan Private Equity firm looking to strengthen its brand in anticipation of the expansion of activities, is changing its name to Miranda Capital Partners, effective May 6, 2019.
We were inspired by the first Venezuelan to be known internationally: Francisco de Miranda. He was part of the Independence of USA, French Revolution and Venezuelan independence. He is being recognized by values our team shares: righteousness, honesty and integrity.
Miranda Capital Partners will continue its commitment to acquire additional companies in Venezuela. This will allow Miranda to improve the availability or products and services in the economy and to protect the personnel and managerial teams of said targets, as well as create direct and indirect jobs for the country. We also aim to develop new assets classes and to become the first Venezuelan alternative assets firm.
