Engie Factory, Alaya Capital Partners, and Albi Lead Investment in Inti Tech

Engie Factory, Alaya Capital Partners, and Albi Investments led an undisclosed investment in Inti Tech, a Chilean robotics startup that developed an autonomous robotic system for dry cleaning of photovoltaic power plants.
(Press Release) Inti Tech, a Chilean start-up that developed an autonomous robotic system for dry cleaning of photovoltaic power plants, on an equity financing round from investors Engie Factory, venture capital fund of Engie Group, Alaya Capital Partners and Albi Investments. The advice included the investment structure and the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents, such as the shareholders agreement, capital increase resolution and shares purchase agreements, among others.
This transaction represents a successful growth example of a Chilean start-up specialized in technology, with an internationalization project, and focused in enhancing the solar energy industry, making it more sustainable and profitable. In addition, the financing included the participation of three of the most important actors of the Chilean venture capital industry: Alaya Capital Partners (investment fund with CORFO public financing), Albi Investment (venture capital fund that joins several private investors) and Engie Factory (Engie group’s corporate venture capital branch).
