EFM Capital Exits Telecom S.A.

(AMEXCAP) EFM Capital fully divested its position in Even Telecom S.A. de C.V., through the sale of its 50% ownership of the company to a private equity firm.
Even Telecom S.A de C.V. is a company engaged in the telecommunications sector. On January, 1, 2015, EFM Capital took a position in the capital of Even Telecom, providing corporate and financial analysis work and strategic planning to the company, enabling it to increase its value. Sales for year-end 2015 increased over 200% from the previous year and this growth propelled the company to become one of the selected providers for some of the largest telecommunication service providers in Mexico.
EFM Capital will continue analyzing investment opportunities with high growth potential to provide oriented strategic planning, value added acquisitions and international governance model.
