The fund will have a target capital of US$100m and investors will be able to invest with a minimum of US$250k up to US$10m.<\/p>\n<p>NXTP Labs present\u00f3 junto con Consultatio Asset Management el \u00fanico Fondo Com\u00fan de Inversi\u00f3n Cerrado de Startups de Tecnolog\u00eda que podr\u00e1 ser utilizado para el R\u00e9gimen de Sinceramiento Fiscal (Blanqueo de Capitales Ley 27.260). Este fondo fue reglamentado en noviembre pasado por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Valores. Esta alternativa de inversi\u00f3n except\u00faa del pago del impuesto especial antes del 31 de diciembre.<\/p>\n<p>Este fondo se sit\u00faa a la par de otros fondos cerrados que invierten en sectores m\u00e1s tradicionales de la econom\u00eda como desarrollo inmobiliario o agrarios pero se destaca por lo innovador de su concepto. Seg\u00fan Francisco Coronel, Co-Founder, Director &amp; CFO del Fondo NXTP, este fondo acompa\u00f1a en el proceso de expansi\u00f3n y crecimiento a startups argentinas de alto impacto que se encuentren levantando capital para sus respectivas rondas de inversi\u00f3n Series A (de 1 a 5 millones de d\u00f3lares y Series B (de 5 a 15 millones de d\u00f3lares) y su rentabilidad esperada es del 18% anual en d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>Los inversores interesados ya pueden cerrar el proceso de sinceramiento fiscal (\u201cblanqueo\u201d) utilizando el fondo Parking de Consultatio, para terminar realizando la inversi\u00f3n final cuando la CNV termine el proceso antes del 31 de marzo de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>El Fondo Com\u00fan de Inversi\u00f3n Cerrado Capital Emprendedor de Alto Impacto (Fondo NXTP) tendr\u00e1 un capital target de US$100m de d\u00f3lares y los inversores podr\u00e1n ingresar con un m\u00ednimo de US$250k y hasta US$10m.<\/p>\n<p>El Fondo NXTP emitir\u00e1 tres clases de cuotapartes, Clase A, B y C. Las Cuotapartes Clase A s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n ser suscriptas por quienes adhieran al R\u00e9gimen de Sinceramiento Fiscal creado por la Ley 27.260, las Cuotapartes Clase B y C podr\u00e1n ser suscriptas por quienes no adhieran al mismo, diferenci\u00e1ndose por el monto de suscripci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Dada la proximidad del primer corte del plazo para adherir al blanqueo, con un impuesto especial de 10%, NXTP Labs acord\u00f3 con Consultatio un fondo com\u00fan de inversi\u00f3n abierto, para canalizar transitoriamente los capitales interesados y as\u00ed se pueda declarar ante la AFIP y obtener el beneficio de exenci\u00f3n del impuesto especial, y luego ser transferido al Fondo NXTP cuando quede completado el proceso ante la CNV.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(El Punto de Equilibrio) NXTP Labs and Consultatio Asset Management presented\u00a0an alternative fund aimed at technology startups in Argentina.
