Warburg Pincus and Gávea Partially Exit Brazil’s Grupo GPS via BRL530m Block Trade

Warburg Pincus and Gávea Investimentos partially exited Grupo GPS, a Brazil-based outsourced cleaning, maintenance and security services company, via a BRL530m block trade. Warburg and Gavea retain 10% and 6% stakes, respectively.
