WAMEX Announces Partial Exit of fund MIF I from WTC Confianza

(WAMEX Private Equity) July 26, 2011 – WAMEX Private Equity, a Mexican PE manager, announced a partial exit for MIF I from a minority investment in logistics company WTC Confianza based in Guadalajara, México.
WTC Confianza is a company that provides integrated logistic services to a number of industries. The Company has capabilities to improve the efficiency of supply chains through its two main business lines: air cargo terminal handling and warehousing. The Company leads the western region of Mexico in its specialty, with more than 1,000 clients, including: automotive and electronic companies, retailers, pharmaceuticals, shipping and carrier companies as well as processed food conglomerates. The MIF I investment has been key to redefining corporate strategy.
WAMEX Private Equity manages growth equity funds MIF I and MIF II.
