Eliza Erikson

Eliza brings a diverse background in global development finance to Omidyar Network, where she manages investments across the Entrepreneurship, Education and Financial Inclusion initiatives. Focusing on Latin America, she invests in organizations that create economic opportunity for millions of people living at the base of the pyramid. Before joining Omidyar Network in fall 2011, Eliza was the chief lending officer at Calvert Foundation, where she was responsible for the management and growth of the foundation and its subsidiaries’ more than $325 million in assets under management. Previously, Eliza managed Calvert Foundation’s international portfolio. Under her direction, that portfolio grew from $10 million to over $70 million in loans and equity investments outstanding in financial inclusion, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, and water and sanitation.
