Alloy Merchant Finance Announces New Managing Director

Alloy Merchant Finance has announced Alejandro Rocha Bracamontes as a Managing Director.

(Press Release) Alejandro Rocha Bracamontes joins the investment team of Alloy Merchant Finance LP (“Alloy”). Alejandro has more than 18 years of professional experience and has worked in global financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs and Grupo Santander in London England. He also worked at ZIMMA Corporate Finance in Mexico.
Throughout his financial career, Alejandro has helped more than 70 companies in Financial Restructuring, Capital Raising, Mergers and Acquisitions. He is a Chemical Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has an MBA from Harvard University.

Additionally, Alejandro was the president of the Harvard Business School alumni in Mexico from 2017 to 2019.

With the entry of Alejandro Rocha Bracamontes, Alloy plans to accelerate its investment plans in México, Alloy has capital in excess of US $ 100 million to invest in growing companies in Mexico primarily through structured credit.

Alloy is a private investment company with offices in Houston and Mexico City which provides growth capital in the form of structured credit to well managed middle market companies seeking to finance transformational growth plans, acquisitions, expansion and/or liquidity to shareholders. Alloy’s investments typically are US $5-25 million in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars and structured to meet the unique needs and goals of the company’s management and ownership. Alloy is capitalized with permanent capital from US family offices and management and invests from its own funds as well as from off-balance sheet vehicles managed by Alloy. The senior Alloy team consists of US and Mexican professionals with over twenty years of experience investing in private equity and credit in Mexico and other developing markets.
