Overviews are organized by country for Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru and cover Fund Formation, Fundraising, Investing, & Management. They are relevant for investors interested in or currently investing or raising capital in the region.
The LAVCA Scorecard is a bi-annual ranking of the PE/VC environment in 12 key marks based on indicators such as taxation, minority shareholder rights, restrictions on institutional investors, and capital markets development. It is widely recognized and used by policymakers and regulators.
