Petrobrás Sells Subsidiaries to Southern Cross Group & Pampa Energía (em português)

(Economia) Petrobras has sold its Chilean subsidiary to the Southern Cross Group for $490m, and its Argentine subsidiary to Pampa Energía, a power company backed by Argentine private equity firm Grupo Dolphin, for US$892m.
