Daphne Salinas has more than a decade of venture capital investment and startup development experience. She currently serves as Investment Director, Latin America for SAGANA (formerly Challenger88), an investment firm working with family offices globally to invest in companies and funds with future-positive solutions. Previously, at 500 Startups, she handled deal flow analysis, investment management & portfolio advising for Latin American transactions. Daphne was an Investment Manager in India at Menterra Venture Advisors -Villgro, an Early-Stage fund, and incubator. She also worked for Adobe Capital, a growth-stage VC fund in Mexico, where she was responsible for the deal flow management and analysis of equity or mezzanine investment deals. Formerly she headed acceleration programs for growing startups at the New Ventures Group Accelerator.
