Paladin Realty Confident in Brazilian Real Estate Market

Two additions to Paladin Realty’s São Paulo office reflect the firm’s positive outlook about emerging real estate opportunities in Brazil.
(Press Release) São Paulo, Brazil, March 28, 2017 – Paladin Realty Partners, LLC, a leading real estate investment fund manager focused on Latin America, announced today it has hired two additional investment professionals for its São Paulo office. Bruno Coelho will join the firm as an Investment Manager and Valter Rabotzke as an Asset Manager.

Bruno and Valter will help Paladin take advantage of the opportunities presented by this market recovery on behalf of our institutional clients.”
Bruno Coelho will assist Paladin Realty’s existing investment team based in Brazil in identifying and managing new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Paladin Realty, Mr. Coelho worked for Cushman & Wakefield as senior manager of the Capital Markets Group, focused on office and industrial investment sales in Brazil. Prior to that, he worked at São Carlos Empreendimentos Imobiliarios, one of Brazil´s largest publicly-traded commercial property companies, where he was responsible for the management of the company´s real estate office portfolio. Mr. Coelho has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (Poli-USP).
Valter Rabotzke will join Paladin’s asset management team as an Asset Manager based in Brazil. Prior to joining Paladin Realty, Mr. Rabotzke worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he gained over seven years of audit and consulting experience serving clients in the financial services, manufacturing and real estate industries. He also worked as Senior Internal Auditor at Itaú Bank, the largest private bank in Brazil. Mr. Rabotzke graduated from FEI with a Bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering.
