Globant Ventures was born as the investment arm of Globant, investing in tech startups predominantly in Latin America, focused in high impact emerging technologies with sustainable value propositions and sound management teams. The acceleration program offers mentoring, training, coaching, a co-working space, and works intensively with each management team through periodic meetings, providing access to networks, opportunities, and potential new investors. Globant Ventures typically invests in the range up of US$25k to US$75k in equity or convertible debt in exchange for a minority participation. Globant Ventures was selected by Argentina Federal Government (FONDCE) in order to co-invest in startups up to US$100k each with a minimum of 3 investments per year and a maximum of 10.
