(BNamericas) Ore Investment agreed to acquire a 33.3% stake in Companhia Brasileira de Lítio, a Brazil-based producer of lithium concentrates and compounds, for BRL208m (~USD40m) after winning an auction conducted by Codemge, an investment division of the state of Minas Gerais.
