Jéssica Silva Rios

BlackWin - Black Women Investment Network, Co-Founder

Jéssica is co-founder of BlackWin, the first network of black women angel investors in Brazil, who believe it is time to create alternative sources of capital for black-led businesses and more effective ways to generate prosperity for all. She is a former Partner and Director of Impact at VOX Capital, the Brazilian pioneer Impact Investment manager, being the person responsible for developing the strategy and operation of the manager’s IMM practice. Currently, she is also a member of the Fleury Group’s ESG Committee, a member of the board of the Pacto da Promoção da Equidade Racial (Pact for Racial Equity), the investor in residence at Google For Startups’ Black Founders Fund, investment expert for the BNDES (the Brazilian Development Bank) startup acceleration program, as well as a voluntary mentor for startups, especially founders from underrepresented groups such as women and people of color.
