Jenny Esaine is responsible for the Fondo de Inversión Multirenta Inmobiliaria (FIMI), AC Capitales SAFI first real estate fund, with USD100m AUM. She led the structuring and placement of the AC Capital Real Estate Fund II for US$143m of capital committed (June 2012) and the first indebtedness operation of an investment fund in Peru (December 2010). Jenny has been a member of the boards of directors and is a full member of the executive committees of portfolio investments. She has experience in the infrastructure sector, developed as commercial manager of the natural gas distribution company of Lima (Cálidda) between 2003 and 2007. Previously, she worked as a consultant for APOYO Consultoría between 1996 and 2003. He is an economist from Universidad del Pacífico. Jenny is also an angel investor and investor in AVP Seed Fund I in Peru. At AVP Seed Fund I, she serves as the President of the Audit Committee (Comite de Vigilancia).
