Kinea Buys IP Capital’s Stake in Brazilian Drugstore Company Dimed (em português)

Kinea Investimentos bought 90% of IP Capital Partners’ stake in Dimed, the Rio Grande do Sul holding company owned by Panvel drugstores. The transaction was estimated by Brazil Journal to be around R$200m and leaves Kinea with 10.56% of the total capital (prior to the sale, IP held 11.9% of the capital).
