Ideiasnet Announces the Sale of Ciashop to TOTVS (em português)

(Press Release) TOTVS, a Brazilian leader in the development of enterprise management software, announced the purchase of up to 72% of the shares of Ciashop – Soluções para Comércio Eletrônico S.A., a developer of e-commerce solutions. With the acquisition, TOTVS receives 50% of the Ciashop shares held by the Ideiasnet and 18.5% of the shares held by its directors. TOTVS will pay R$19.4 million for the acquisition.
