(Press Release) EMX Capital, a Mexico City based private equity manager focused on control investments announces an agreement to sell its entire holding in portfolio company Autotransportes El Bisonte S.A. de C.V. (“Bisonte”) to publicly traded Grupo Traxion S.A.B. de C.V. (“Traxion”). Bisonte is a leading specialized cargo transportation company based in the central state of San Luis Potosi in Mexico, works with a team of more than 800 people and has 485 power units.
