Discovery Americas has invested US$5.7m in Mexico-based cargo service solutions company Autotransportes Mas de Carga.

(Global Legal Chronicle) Ritch Mueller represented Discovery Americas in the transaction. Discovery Americas executed a USD$5.7 millon investment in Autotransportes Mas de Carga. Aerotransportes Mas de Carga, which operates as Mas Air, provides scheduled cargo services far and wide. Based in Mexico City, the carrier serves major destinations in Central, North, and South America, and Europe. Its major US hubs are Los Angeles and Miami.

Discovery Americas operates as a private equity firm Mexico and Latin America. The Company invests in medium-sized companies in the transportation, health care, education, retail, restaurant, and leisure and entertainment sectors.
