CPP Invests ~USD468m in Brazil’s V.Tal

(Brazil Journal) CPP Investments agreed to invest BRL2.5b (~USD468m) in V.Tal, a Brazil-based neutral fiber optic network controlled by funds managed by BTG Pactual. Funds managed by BTG Pactual increased their stake in the company from 61.8% to 65.9%, while the Brazilian phone operator Oi has 31.4%.
