Casaforte Will Invest R$270m into Solar Energy (em português)

Brazilian Private Equity firm Casaforte will invest R$270m into developing 12 solar energy parks in Brazil. The firm has raised R$70m for a new fund dedicated to the 12 solar parks and hopes to raise another R$30m. The additional R$170m will be financed by Banco do Nordeste.
(Valor Econômico) A gestora de private equity pernambucana Casaforte vai investir R$ 270 milhões na construção de parques de energia solar no interior do Nordeste e norte de Minas Gerais. Para tanto, está captando R$ 100 milhões com investidores pernambucanos em um fundo de investimento em participações em infraestrutura. O restante dos recursos será financiado pelo Banco do Nordeste (BNB).
