Carlyle Exits Liderman’s Interest Via Secondary Offering in Peruvian Stock Exchange

The Carlyle Group partially exited Lima-based security company Liderman via a secondary offering on the Peruvian stock exchange, picked up by Liderman management. In 2014, Carlyle entered into a partnership with JV Resguardo to expand the company to more countries.

The Carlyle Group executed the sale of part of its interest in Liderman to the management of the group through a secondary offering.
Liderman, incorporated in 1989 in Lima, specialises in CCTV, Communications, Human Talent, Security, Security Cameras, Security Company, Surveillance
Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros acted as arranger on the offering.
