Membership in LAVCA is open by invitation to professional private equity and venture capital fund managers, institutional investors and corporate investors active in Latin America and the Caribbean. Associate membership is open by invitation to development finance organizations, academic institutions, trade associations and reputable service providers.

LAVCA members include international, regional, and national players actively investing in venture capital and private equity in the region.
