LAVCA Chile Private Equity and Venture Capital Forum
June 4-5, 2012,  Santiago, Chile

In 2012, the LAVCA Chile Forum will feature two programs, dedicated to Venture Capital and Private Equity. The first day will begin in the afternoon and feature an international VC keynote, followed by panels and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors. The Private Equity program will begin the next morning, featuring a keynote presentation by William E. Conway, Jr., Co-founder and Managing Director of The Carlyle Group and Chairman of the firm’s investment committees. LAVCA hosted over 200 local, regional and international GPs, LPs and business owners in 2011.

LAVCA Annual Summit and Investor Roundtable
September 12-13, 2012, New York, NY

LAVCA’s flagship event, the Annual Summit and Investor Roundtable attracted nearly 300 global and Latin American investors in 2011. It is the premier educational and networking opportunity for top executives focused on private equity and venture capital in Latin America and the Caribbean. The 2012 program will feature a full day private equity program, a half-day investor roundtable, and a half day of panels dedicated to venture capital and entrepreneurship.  Other activities in conjunction with the Annual Summit will include the 2^nd Annual LAVCA Member Reception, which brings together representatives from over 120 LAVCA member firms and a select group of investors, and a new program dedicated to one-on-one GP/LP networking.

The 2^nd Annual LAVCA Member Reception will be held on the evening of September 11, 2012.

LAVCA Colombia Private Equity and Venture Capital Forum
November 7, 2012, Bogota, Colombia

The fifth annual LAVCA Colombia Forum will bring together over 175 high-level executives including leading local fund managers, global PE and VC firms active or interested in the country, global fund of funds, investment officers from local pension funds and insurance companies, family offices, corporate heads, local regulatory officials, and other relevant industry players, for a full day of discussion and networking.
